Very overpriced and falsify labor hours and order extra materials to increase price. Labor time (HR) the wanted to charge me was double of what other shops including the dealer told me for the same job. They wanted to order excess material that wasn’t needed at full dealer price when they could be easily be obtained for 20-30 percent cheaper from authorized dealers that sell the same part (verified by part number). After paying 250 they told me if I left (after they quoted me 10k 🤣. Then they would not use the 250 diagnostic fee to discount the cost. Which the dealer even does.

The diagnostic fee covered the time, expertise, and equipment required to properly evaluate the vehicle. This fee is applied toward repairs only if all works are approved and is not refundable when a customer chooses to take the vehicle elsewhere, which was explained at the time of payment, as you stated you would be seeking other options.
