Very overpriced and falsify labor hours and order extra materials to increase price. Labor time (HR) the wanted to charge me was double of what other shops including the dealer told me for the same job. They wanted to order excess material that wasn’t needed at full dealer price when they could be easily be obtained for 20-30 percent cheaper from authorized dealers that sell the same part (verified by part number). After paying 250 they told me if I left (after they quoted me 10k 🤣. Then they would not use the 250 diagnostic fee to discount the cost. Which the dealer even does.

The diagnostic fee covered the time, expertise, and equipment required to properly evaluate the vehicle. This fee is applied toward repairs only if all works are approved and is not refundable when a customer chooses to take the vehicle elsewhere, which was explained at the time of payment, as you stated you would be seeking other options. I brought my GTI in for a diagnosis on a small leak and wanted to get a professional quote for the repair. While the front desk receptionists were very kind and professional, the experience with the service itself was mixed. The quote I received was significantly higher than expected, and when I asked for clarification on the specific issues with my car, I was met with a strange attitude from one of the mechanics. I appreciate the help from the front office, but the communication from the shop left a lot to be desired.

Im interested to know if you have a factory Mercedes-Benz SDS Xentry Diagnostic pad computer ? My vehicle is due for some updates and will need some SCN Programing. Other companies like Altell, Autologic, I-Scan. Say they can do these jobs but they cant really they dont have access to the true factory Programing thats why Im inquiring before I bring my car over and make an appointment. Id like to know what diagnostic equipment you have for Mercedes-Benz ? Also, do you have access to Mercedes-Benz factory WIS/Tips bulletins, and relevant information to Service and maintain Mercedes-Benz properly you need all of this factory software and I know its extremely expensive. Thats why Im inquiring.

Very poor service from Jonathan and crew . First off, it was my first time using them and right from the start there was a confusion on the type of oil change I requested called the" Haldex Oil or AWD clutch oil: As an Audi owner the manual indicates that very clearly and was told by Jonathan" Oh yes it is the rear differential oil service... same thing". Turn out to be incorrect after I investigated further that from numerous online sources amd mechanics the " Rear differential Oil" is different service than Haldex/AWD clutch oil . The part # of the oil used on the invoice is the rear differential one. Not what I requested, and worse, as a "European " car specialist ? , he should have known that not only those 2 oils are not the same, but on top of it , there is no indication in the manual schedule maintenance for the Rear differential Oil service change @20K miles. Finally, the invoice indicates both rear differential and Haldex ( as if to pass it on that all the same) with only the rear differential oil part # indicated The CC company per Visa rules cannot do much since a portion of a service, even if incorrect one, was completed. No wonder Jonathan felt so comfortable on a job that was either a scam or pure incompentency CONCLUSION: Audi owners-and others- BEWARE Get your detailed quote in writing before they perform any job and verify in advance
