Am reasonably satisfied. Work was done on schedule, and pricing for schedule A and transmission service was reasonable. Lu, the manager, is courteous and professional.

It’s hard to find honesty these days.. thought I had a leak. They cleaned the engined and discovered that’s all that needed to be done with no extra cost or false issues. Honesty is big when having a mechanic. I’ll definitely be going to European auto motors for all my car issues

Let me start by saying that I have had my 2009 Jaguar XF serviced at European Auto Motors in the past. I found the the service to be consistent, fair and communication from Johnathan, the owner, was a BIG + for me and also was the reason I took it back to get some repairs done. Those repairs were for a new AC compressor, repair/replace a touch dome light that would randomly come on; check issue why my battery would drain; look into why my screen would flash on & off and lastly provide estimate on replacing two of my sun visors. Within a day, I received a follow-up call from the very nice receptionist quoting me the repair costs for the AC. I questioned why the AC was $1000 more than the initial quote that Johnathan had given me??? I asked to speak with Johnathan to get some clarity. I asked him, was he aware that the quote was 1K higher than what HE initially quoted to me a month ago... He replied... "Do you remember what you had for dinner a week ago?" "I can't remember everything." -- Johnathan don't you log your returning clients quotes/ estimates ? That would be my expectation and also a best practice.. especially if you can't recall conversations. He then told me the reason that it was high because the initial quote was for an AFTERMARKET AC compressor.... however, during that conversation he told me that he does not use aftermarket parts?? So yes, I was very confused as a customer. The time an effort to return calls or provide updates during the 7 days my car was at the shop was one not experienced in past visits. Sadly, they did not even look into the other issues during this timeframe. I spent $700 just for them to tell me that my AC compressor was bad (that's why I brought it in). They gained $700 in exchange for loosing the trust of one customer. DISAPPOINTED.

Auto Shops & Dentis visits are usually dreaded…But European Auto makes my visit, a Pleasure!Jonathan is just so knowledgeable; and Ms LU up front is so professional. If you’re ok with - misquotes, misinformation, poor communication and price inconsistency then this is a place to consider. My car sat for over 7days with no diagnosis or follow-up call for options. They WONT call you back to discuss issues with your car however are more inclined to give you the highest quote possible to repair your vehicle. They quotes me 2times higher the the “DEALER” to resolve the issues. I would definitely shop around and use European Motors as a last possible option.

We are sorry for the miscommunication, but we provide all our clients with fair prices on OEM parts. We also waited on your approval on the repairs the vehicle needed, which also took time. Great experience overall from the time I spoke with Lu to schedule the visit until my car was ready for pick up. She was very professional, answered all my questions, and kept me informed throughout the process. They did a full diagnostic of the vehicle and provided a very honest picture of what my car really needed. No pressure to sell you services that your car doesn’t need. The facilities are clean and organized, and are a reflection of the quality work done by Jonathan, Lu, and the entire team at European Auto Motors. Highly recommended and will continue to use their services for future maintenance and repairs.
