Am reasonably satisfied. Work was done on schedule, and pricing for schedule A and transmission service was reasonable. Lu, the manager, is courteous and professional.

It’s hard to find honesty these days.. thought I had a leak. They cleaned the engined and discovered that’s all that needed to be done with no extra cost or false issues. Honesty is big when having a mechanic. I’ll definitely be going to European auto motors for all my car issues

Great experience overall from the time I spoke with Lu to schedule the visit until my car was ready for pick up. She was very professional, answered all my questions, and kept me informed throughout the process. They did a full diagnostic of the vehicle and provided a very honest picture of what my car really needed. No pressure to sell you services that your car doesn’t need. The facilities are clean and organized, and are a reflection of the quality work done by Jonathan, Lu, and the entire team at European Auto Motors. Highly recommended and will continue to use their services for future maintenance and repairs.

Very professional and clean looking service facility. They diagnosed my car, found some things that needed to be fixed. Will have to bring it back when i can leave it. No pressure to get things fixed right now. Liu at the front desk is very helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone.
